Plain course agreement
These notes explain what is sold, how course scheduling works, what happens with payment and refunds, and how contact details are used.

Private workshops can adapt examples to your roles, protocols, naming standards, and review cadence after a short planning call.
Public virtual seats start at $420 per learner. Private workshops start at $2,800 for up to eight participants. Written quotes may differ when the requested material, schedule, or group size changes.
Payment is due before class unless a different invoice timeline is agreed in writing. Class links and preparation notes are sent after scheduling is confirmed.
Public class seats can be refunded or moved to another date until seven calendar days before class. Within seven days, a seat can be transferred to another learner from the same organization.
Private workshop deposits are refundable until planning work begins. After planning begins, unused workshop time may be rescheduled once within 60 days when both sides can agree on dates.
The course page is static and does not set cookies or run analytics. The email builder on the course page prepares a message in your mail client; it does not submit form data to our server.
If you contact us, we use your name, email, phone number, organization details, and training notes to reply, schedule class, prepare invoices, and keep a basic business correspondence history.
We do not sell software, licenses, official vendor support, or installers. We also do not provide emergency access support or account recovery for third-party products.
Course completion notes confirm attendance and class topics covered. They are not product certification, professional licensure, or a vendor-issued credential.
